Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GroundTruth, operated by Fergie Liang dba Design4Venture ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

GroundTruth is an AI evaluation platform that lets creative teams measure what every change to an AI pipeline actually does. The service is currently in pre-launch. Access is by invitation only, and features and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without liability to you.

Waitlist

By submitting your email address, you are requesting to be notified when GroundTruth launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We will contact you via the email you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials on this site are owned by Fergie Liang dba Design4Venture or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fergie Liang dba Design4Venture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
